How do I make a booking?
You can easily arrange to meet with us in person via email at info@avstudio.com.au or telephone Barry on (08) 9457 1266. We are available during the day or evening's, seven day's a week.

A $300 booking fee is required to secure your date, along with a signed release form. Please note this fee is non-refundable. The final balance is payable at least 1 week before your wedding day.

Can we purchase the High Resolution images on a disc?
AV Studio is more than happy for you to purchase the digital negatives from which you can make prints at your leisure. The DVD disc will be available for you to purchase at a price dependent on your order.

What is your turn around time?
Depending on your order we allow between 1 and 6 weeks turn around time. For smaller weddings with basic album choices roughly 10 days to 2 weeks. For larger weddings and/or magazine style albums, we allow 4 to 6 weeks. Please note that this is only a guide and cannot be guaranteed.

How can friends and family view & purchase the images?
Once the basic stages of editing have been completed, your images will be placed in their own gallery on our website. This album is here for you and friends and family to view the images and place any orders for prints, wall mounts, canvas prints or stationery. The gallery will be posted for 4 weeks in which time orders will need to be placed. Please let AV Studio know if you wish to use a password to access your gallery for privacy.

Payment options?
For your convenience we do accept Visa, Mastercard, Money Order, Electronic Fund Transfer, Cash or Cheque payments. These can be made in person, via email or over the phone dependent on payment option.

Do you offer refunds?
Please select carefully as AV Studio’s work is custom made and therefore no refunds can be given.

But what if the product is faulty?
We take extra care in ensuring all of our products are of exceptional quality and 100% in working condition upon collection. However, in the rare instance where a fault may occur, we will inspect the product and if we deem that there is a problem we will happily organise a replacement.

What is your cancellation policy?
An initial booking fee is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date with 14 days prior notice. All other cancellations are determined under the discretion of Barry Drennan and AV Studio.
In the case of a portrait sitting where a child or person is unwell, 24 hour notice is appreciated and the date will be postponed.

Do you have Gift Vouchers?
Gift vouchers are available from AV Studio and make ideal personalised the thoughtful gifts for family, friends and co-workers. These can be put towards Wedding and Portrait shoots and prints. The vouchers are beautifully presented and are available from $50, in $25 increments.

How long do you keep my images?
After your preview gallery has closed and all orders have been collected, all images will be archived for two years. As there is no way of securing them in unforseen circumstances, in an unlikely circumstance, AV Studio is not liable for any images lost before, during or after the wedding date, however, the balance of the wedding will be repaid.

Copyright?
AV Studio retains the copyright for all images. Upon signing AV Studio’s release form, AV Studio has the right to use your images for all publications, websites and advertising material. If you do not wish your images to be used, you will need to advise the photographer and Barry Drennan before you book. All images and digital files are protected by Australian and International Copyright Laws and remain the property of AV Studio. It is illegal to download, screen capture or reproduce any images whether purchased or not without the approval of AV Studio. All clients must sign a model release form prior to their session. When purchasing the digital negatives, the client may reproduce the images and AV Studio relinquishes the sole copyright.
